Urban life has removed us from the pleasures of the land. We live surrounded by concrete, and contact with natural things is being relegated to the occasional weekend. There is little space, little time and the conveniences of cities make us forget that we are intimately connected with plants and we need them to live well.

Unique drip irrigation system

Minigarden Irrigation Systems

Consistent irrigation is extremely important for healthy plant growth, which is why we have developed Minigarden irrigation systems that enable plants to be cared for properly and methodically without any effort. Minigarden irrigation systems begin with a basic version that may be supplemented with various components, which are recommended for more demanding care.

Drip Irrigation Kit for Minigarden Vertical

This kit is prepared to irrigate up to 27 plants (i.e. 9 Minigarden Vertical modules x 3 pockets). The irrigation system is composed of a micro-tube with an outer diameter of 6.5 mm with drip-feeders incorporated, which is placed inside each module. This tube is passed through the inner hole on the circular clips (Ø inner 9 mm) that connects the modules, with the tube being completely hidden. Once the irrigation system has been assembled, a manual (5L) sprayer should be used, which will have to be adapted to the 1.5m tube (included) to perform the drip irrigation.

Drip Irrigation Kit for Minigarden Corner

This kit is prepared to irrigate up to 12 plants, i.e. 12 Minigarden Corner modules. The irrigation system is composed of a micro-tube with outer diameter of 6.5 mm with drip-feeders incorporated, which is placed inside each module, passing through the rear hole Minigarden Corner module or the inner hole on the circular clip (Ø inner 9 mm) that connects the modules, with the tube being completely hidden. Once the irrigation system has been assembled, a manual (5L) sprayer should be used, which will have to be adapted to the 1.5m tube (included) to perform the drip irrigation.

Drip Irrigation Kit for Minigarden One

This kit is prepared to irrigate up to 12 plants, i.e. 12 Minigarden One modules. The irrigation system is composed of a micro-tube with outer diameter of 6.5 mm with drip-feeders incorporated, which is placed inside each module, passing through the rear hole Minigarden One module or the inner hole on the circular clip (Ø inner 9 mm) that connects the modules, with the tube being completely hidden. Once the irrigation system has been assembled, a manual (5L) sprayer should be used, which will have to be adapted to the 1.5m tube (included) to perform the drip irrigation.

Automatic Watering and Nutrition – Faucet

If you’re looking for greater comfort and autonomy, Minigarden’s irrigation kits can be easily connected and programmed to the water supply network. You’ll need a Water Computer, a Fertilizer Dispenser and a Water Filter and Pressure Reducer that can be purchased at the Minigarden online store.

Automatic Watering and Nutrition – Electric Outlet

In situations where you can’t connect the irrigation kit directly to a faucet to perform the drip irrigation, you can use an electric pump and a water tank, connecting it to the irrigation kit through the 1.5 m tube (included). This additionally requires an electrical outlet, an electric pump and a water tank.

Automatic Watering and Nutrition – Solar Irrigation

Irrigation kits can also be automated and connected directly to solar irrigation systems. To do this, you need a 3-in-1 AquaBloom set (which combines a pump to remove water, a water computer to program irrigation and a solar panel that recharges the included batteries) and a water tank. This solution is the most suitable for outdoor installations, namely balconies and terraces, spaces where there is no water tap or electrical outlet. It is undoubtedly the most sustainable solution, since the energy that powers the water pump is solar.

Manual Watering and Nutrition – Manual Sprayer

In situations where you can’t connect the irrigation kit directly to a faucet nor an electric outlet to perform the drip irrigation, you can use a manual sprayer (5 l), which will have to be adapted to the 1.5 m tube (included). This additionally requires a manual sprayer, that can be purchased at the online store.
